Ideas to make life better for Ryerson students on campus?

One of the original ideas that spawned the DMZ is President Levy's "iEverything" vision. His vision is for the DMZ innovations to help improve student life on campus.

Does anyone have any ideas for digital media applications that would make your life better?

  • coupons for reduced prices for lunch around campus?
  • finding cool stuff to do downtown between classes?
  • finding which friends are available for lunch or study groups?
  • booking rooms?

Happy to be in the DMZ

I'm happy to be heading down to the Digital Media Zone for the first time.

As a student returning to school from the working world of web development, marketing and customer service, I'd like to see WiFi built into the Ryerson One Card so when I arrive on campus, the monitors can display an on-screen welcome message while my iPhone receives integrated on-demand instant news of the moment and maps.
