Participate in the StartMeUp Program
To join the StartMeUp Ryerson program, the first step is to create an account on this site, then download and fill out an idea consultation form prior to the next scheduled idea consultation. You can also meet with our Program Coordinator to learn more about the StartMeUp Ryerson program - the coordinator's contact information will be given to you upon your account creation.

Want to Get Started? Like the idea of being on the StartMeUp Ryerson team? Here's your chance to get more involved within your school's community. The StartMeUp Ryerson team is always looking for people to help out with seminars and workshops, assisting in coordinating participants in the program with the right people and learning resources or even volunteering to help out with StartMeUp Ryerson related project.

 Mentors
StartMeUp Ryerson's Mentor Network is comprised of industry professionals who are dedicated to providing quality information and guidance to entrepreneurs. These mentors have industry experience and a will to help young entrepreneurs reach their potential. StartMeUp Ryerson Mentor Network welcomes both Ryerson University alumni as well as professionals who have no past affiliation with Ryerson University.

A Mentor Should:
  • Be willing to dedicate five hours per month to the program
  • Have real world industry experience to offer to participants
  • Have a positive attitude and a desire to see young entrepreneurs succeed
